Initial Paper Submission

ICJES is a leading Open Access, Monthly, Peer-Reviewed International Journal which provides rapid publication of research articles in Engineering Sciences, Architecture, Computing, Innovation, Agriculture, Management, Technology and more.

Authors should submit only carefully proof-read and polished papers prepared using the ICJES Paper Template. Online submission is strongly encouraged. For any inconvenience, papers can be e-mailed to icjesjournal@gmail.com or editor@icjes.com.

Manuscript must be written in English, MS-Word (.doc or .docx), Double Column using the ICJES Paper Template.
Use Times New Roman font, size 10, line spacing 1.15.
Manuscript should be original work, free from plagiarism.
Length: minimum 4 pages to maximum 30 pages.
All diagrams, graphs, tables, flowcharts and equations should be neat and clean.
Cite all references and ensure they appear in the reference list.
Run spell-check and grammar-check before submission.

Review Process

All manuscripts are reviewed by an editor and members of the editorial board or qualified reviewers. Decisions are made as rapidly as possible — reviewer comments typically returned within 5 days. ICJES aims to publish accepted manuscripts within 1 week of submission.

Copyright Agreement

Submission of the manuscript represents that it has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere. Once accepted, authors must send the scanned, signed copyright form to the journal.

Final Online Submission Requirements

Final Manuscript with reviewer corrections applied.
Copyright Form — signed and filled.
Payment Proof (transaction screenshot).
Author Photograph for journal display.

After completing the prerequisites, the paper is published within 3–5 days; the article link and e-certificate are emailed to each author.

Note: Once accepted, papers cannot be withdrawn under any condition. Do not submit the same article to multiple journals simultaneously.
