Why should I submit my paper to ICJES?

What is ICJES peer-review policy?

Potentially suitable manuscripts will generally be reviewed by at least two experts in the field with the aim of reaching a first decision as soon as possible.

What is ICJES's Open Access Policy?

ICJES follows a full Open Access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This means that all published articles are freely and permanently accessible online to anyone, without subscription or payment barriers. Under the CC BY 4.0 license, readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, and may also reuse or adapt the content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and source.

What is the publication frequency of ICJES?

ICJES is a monthly journal, publishing one issue per month, resulting in a total of 12 issues per year.

The ICJES manuscript format is available in the Manuscript Template under the Downloads section. Authors are requested to download the template and prepare their manuscript according to the prescribed format. Detailed Author Guidelines can also be accessed from the ICJES menu bar.

What types of papers does ICJES publish?

ICJES publishes research articles, review papers, case reports, short communications, and project papers across all areas of science, engineering, and technology. The publication process begins with the online submission of the manuscript through the journal website. Authors are required to submit their papers in MS Word format (with .doc or .docx extensions).

Should I format my paper according to the ICJES template before submission?

It is recommended to prepare your manuscript according to the ICJES paper template before submission, as this helps speed up the review and publication process. However, if your paper is not formatted according to the journal template, there is no need to worry. You may still submit your manuscript in MS Word format (.doc or .docx). Our editorial team will assist in formatting the paper as per the ICJES template during the final stage of publication.

Why should I transfer copyright to ICJES?

ICJES requires copyright transfer to publish and distribute your article and to protect it from unauthorized use, such as duplicate publication. It also allows the journal to host the article online and share it in different formats. However, authors still retain important rights to their work.

Can I submit only an abstract?

No. ICJES accepts only full research papers for publication. Submissions must contain sufficient content and meet the journal’s standards; incomplete or insufficient manuscripts may be rejected.

Is there a page limit for manuscripts?

Yes, the manuscript should have a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 30 pages.

How many authors are allowed per paper? Is there a maximum limit?

There is no limit on the number of authors per paper. Authors can include all eligible contributors in the manuscript.

How do I submit a paper?

ICJES provides two methods for manuscript submission:

  1. Online Submission (Recommended): Submit your paper through the journal’s online submission portal.
  2. Email Submission: If you face any difficulty with the online system, you may send your manuscript via email to editor@icjes.com or icjesjournal@gmail.com

When will I receive an acknowledgment for my submission?

Online paper submissions are acknowledged immediately, while those sent via email are typically acknowledged within 24 hours. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within this time, you may contact the ICJES editorial team via email.

What is ICJES Submission ID?

The ICJES Submission ID is a unique identification code assigned to your manuscript after submission. It is sent to the author via a confirmation email once the paper has been successfully submitted. Authors are requested to mention this Submission ID in all future communications with the journal for reference. (Example: 514200)

Do I need to submit the copyright form with the initial manuscript submission?

No. The copyright transfer form is not required at the time of initial submission. It will be requested only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

How does the review process work?

ICJES follows a double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by expert reviewers without revealing the authors’ identities, ensuring an unbiased and fair evaluation of the research quality.

How long does the paper review process take?

The review duration depends on the quality and content of the manuscript. However, the initial peer review process is usually completed within 3–5 days after submission.

How are reviewers selected?

ICJES selects reviewers from its editorial and advisory board, which includes eminent academicians, along with a panel of experienced researchers and industry professionals. This ensures a fair and high-quality peer review process for all submitted articles.

Is it possible to submit the same article to ICJES and another journal simultaneously?

No. Authors must ensure that the manuscript submitted to ICJES is not under consideration or submitted elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is not permitted. If a manuscript is not accepted by ICJES, authors are free to submit it to another journal. The decision regarding non-acceptance will generally be communicated within 2 days of submission.

What is the publication fee for an accepted article?

ICJES charges the following publication fees:

  • Indian Authors: INR 1000 (includes free e-certificates for all authors and DOI assignment). Hard copy certificates are available on request for an additional INR 300.
  • International Authors: USD 50 (includes free e-certificates for all authors and DOI assignment).

How can I pay the publication fee?

Indian Authors:

  • Payment can be made via UPI (Gpay, PhonePe, BHIM, QR Code) or Net Banking (NEFT/IMPS) or by directly depositing into the ICJES bank account through a nearby bank.

International Authors:

  • Payment can be made through PayPal, Card Payment (Debit/Credit card), Wire Transfer, or Western Union. (For payment details, please contact us at editor@icjes.com or icjesjournal@gmail.com).

What is Final Online Submission?

Authors are required to submit the necessary documents, including the final revised manuscript, duly signed copyright form, and payment proof, to complete the publication process after receiving the acceptance email. These documents can be submitted through the Final Online Submission portal available on the journal website. Once the final submission is successfully completed, the article will be scheduled for publication.

How the articles are cited in ICJES Journal?

The traditional citation is used for citation tracking of articles. The citation of articles is in the form of: Authors, “Paper Title” ICJES Journal name, volume number, issue number, page number range, Year.

Is my paper available online / Can I read and also download the research papers?

Yes, all papers published by ICJES are available online. You can read and download the research papers available in our journal website anytime. It is FREE to all authors and visitors.

How to join the Editorial / Reviewer Board Member in ICJES?

We welcome applications to join as Editorial / Reviewer Board Member. Prospective editors / reviewers have to send their detailed CV and Photograph via e-mail to editor@icjes.com. Please allow us 1-2 weeks for processing your application.

How can we publish our conference proceedings with ICJES?

The conference organizers should e-mail a request to editor@icjes.com. The conference shall be evaluated by ICJES advisory panels. Once approval is granted by the panel, the conference organizers shall be asked to submit the conference proceedings which shall be published and available in online version.
