Abstract

This research article examines the role of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) in promoting psychological and physical health among workers in economic institutions. It identifies key health indicators, explores their influence on employee performance and productivity, and analyzes data obtained through a mixed-methods approach. The study highlights the critical importance of comprehensive health and safety programs in sustaining workforce wellbeing and enhancing institutional success.
